Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-01

1. The service

Sketchlib converts 3D models from third-party catalogues into downloadable archives and makes them searchable through a web interface and an MCP server. Files are delivered by signed, time-limited URLs.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API key secret. Keys can be regenerated at any time from the account page; the previous key stops working immediately.

3. Plans, credits and billing

Subscriptions grant a daily download allowance and renew automatically until cancelled. Credit packs are one-time purchases that do not expire. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as the merchant of record; their terms also apply to your purchase.

Subscription billing can be managed, and cancelled, through the customer portal linked from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Licence and acceptable use

Models are converted from publicly listed third-party catalogues. You are responsible for complying with the licence attached to each original model, including attribution requirements. You may not resell converted archives as a competing download service, or use the API to build a bulk mirror of the catalogue.

5. Availability and refunds

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Individual models may become unavailable if their source is withdrawn. If a paid feature is materially unavailable, contact us for a refund.
